Responsibilities
- Understand client and product requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, debug, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot queries, and improve system performance and availability.
- Support software onboarding, implementation, continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Prepare code documentation, flowcharts, layouts, reports, status updates, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project teams, functional teams, engineering staff, project managers, customers, and stakeholders.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, gather feedback, and support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely customer communication and maintain professional email, fault-report, and voice-call interactions.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with ServiceNow SaaS.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, modifying, and maintaining software programs.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software flows, data usage, work processes, and system problems.
- Ability to create automated validation processes and execute software test cases.
- Ability to document technical solutions and communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, and project managers.
- Ability to learn new programming languages and remain current with software development best practices.
