Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and oversee implementation of AI automation solutions that streamline business processes.
- Build reliable and scalable applications using GenAI and AgenticAI.
- Customize GenAI and process automation solutions for business functions’ unique environments.
- Apply workflow orchestration and process automation to enterprise technology initiatives.
- Provide technical thought leadership and influence leadership decisions through data-driven insights and executive storytelling.
- Deliver high-quality code with unit and integration tests while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of application development experience with a proven record of building highly reliable and scalable systems.
- Experience building solutions using GenAI and customizing process automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented techniques, algorithms, Java design patterns, and reusable component design.
- Strong analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience as a technical thought leader influencing leadership decision-making.
- Preferred experience with AgenticAI, relational databases, and NoSQL databases.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
