Responsibilities
- Design and build identity, authentication, and authorization systems.
- Ensure systems are dynamic, multi-tenant, and fast, delivering auth decisions in under 10ms.
- Collaborate with founders, product, design, and engineering teams.
- Contribute to the internal use of agents and shape the engineering culture.
- Lead by example and communicate effectively through written plans and updates.
Requirements
- Deep experience in building and operating identity and authentication systems.
- Strong understanding of OAuth, SCIM, OIDC, mTLS, and related technologies.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Go or Rust.
- Experience in designing for security, multi-tenancy, and reliability.
- Ability to thrive in 0→1 environments and make strategic trade-offs.
