Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement generative AI and agentic AI solutions for enterprise business challenges.
- Develop context-engineering strategies covering context layering, chaining, compression, pruning, offloading, and memory management.
- Build and optimize RAG systems with hybrid search, multi-vector retrieval, chunking strategies, and re-ranking pipelines.
- Design knowledge graphs and Graph RAG architectures for multi-hop reasoning, explainability, and grounded responses.
- Architect multi-agent workflows using supervisor/worker, hierarchical, and peer-to-peer orchestration patterns.
- Build reliable agent harnesses with governance, constraints, feedback loops, state and session management, execution controls, and agent isolation or sandboxing.
- Integrate agents with tools and data using MCP and coordinate inter-agent collaboration through A2A.
- Support production integration, deployment, scalability, observability, maintainability, and real-time or streaming AI solutions.
- Apply ethical AI guidelines, guardrails, data privacy, and compliance standards.
- Mentor junior team members, conduct code reviews, and share technical knowledge.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in AI or software development, including significant generative AI and agentic AI experience.
- Strong Python skills and experience with data preprocessing, document ingestion, and API development.
- Hands-on knowledge of foundation models, LLMs, embeddings, tokenization, and context-window management.
- Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Google ADK, LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, CrewAI, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
- Experience with vector databases, embedding models, RAG systems, knowledge graphs, Graph RAG, Neo4j, or ArangoDB.
- Experience with tool or function calling, planning, memory, multi-agent orchestration, agent harness engineering, MCP, and A2A.
- Experience with agent observability and evaluation, including tracing and OpenTelemetry-based tooling.
- Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong NLP skills, including NER, dependency parsing, text classification, and topic modeling.
- Understanding of AI compliance, guardrails, responsible AI practices, and agent isolation or sandboxing.
- Demonstrated portfolio of successful AI-driven projects in a business environment.
- Strong collaboration, analytical problem-solving, communication, learning, innovation, and mentoring skills.
- Bachelor’s or university degree or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
