Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Present, demonstrate, and support the sale of Esri software and solutions as part of account teams.
- Lead technical meetings and advise enterprise customers on complex logistics business challenges.
- Design and propose GIS solutions, strategies, configurations, and integration approaches.
- Troubleshoot client issues involving Esri application deployment and system architecture.
- Create presentations and deliver technical, conference, and executive engagements.
- Coach new team members on Esri technology and solution-engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Esri technology, map creation, spatial analysis, and web application configuration.
- 3+ years of experience in the logistics industry.
- Broad ArcGIS knowledge from an IT context, including infrastructure, networking, web services, virtualization, and cloud computing.
- Experience in technical consulting, conceptual solution design, application deployment troubleshooting, system architecture, geodatabases, and DBMS technology.
- Experience integrating software with data warehousing, BI, CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms.
- Programming and scripting experience with Python and JavaScript.
- Understanding of sales and business development processes, plus strong presentation, interpersonal, listening, and customer-facing communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in geography, computer science, or a related field.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, real-time information stream integration, and knowledge of mobile, IoT, advanced analytics, data science, AI/ML, and imagery.
