Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM ERP solutions aligned with global business requirements.
- Analyze complex interface requirements and develop solution-design documentation for business-critical processes.
- Define and monitor project milestones, team coordination activities, and ERP performance and project-success metrics.
- Support project teams as the central contact for cross-functional functional requirements throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Advise customers during ERP adoption, maintain customer relationships, and enable customers to use ERP systems effectively.
- Collaborate in agile project teams and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience consulting on, designing, and integrating ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
- Process expertise in supply chain, finance, logistics, production, retail, and/or project modules.
- Ability to help shape sales strategies for ERP projects and define and measure ERP success metrics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English, with English proficiency of at least B2.
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly and work effectively in agile teams.
- Analytical, solution-oriented, service-oriented, self-directed approach and willingness to travel based on project needs.
- Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in business information systems, business administration, or a related field.
