Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow transformation and implementation projects.
- Develop scalable platform and solution architectures.
- Analyze, prioritize, and model business and technical requirements.
- Design end-to-end solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Manage complex project and stakeholder environments.
- Further develop the ServiceNow portfolio and support business development activities.
Requirements
- Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience with ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong understanding of system architectures, platforms, and integrations.
- Experience in requirements analysis and solution design.
- Experience managing complex projects.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills.
- Very good German and English skills at C1 level.
- Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, or agile methods is desirable.
- Technical understanding of JavaScript or modern web technologies is desirable.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CTA are desirable.
