Responsibilities

  • Lead ServiceNow transformation and implementation projects.
  • Develop scalable platform and solution architectures.
  • Analyze, prioritize, and model business and technical requirements.
  • Design end-to-end solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules.
  • Manage complex project and stakeholder environments.
  • Further develop the ServiceNow portfolio and support business development activities.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience with ServiceNow implementations.
  • Strong understanding of system architectures, platforms, and integrations.
  • Experience in requirements analysis and solution design.
  • Experience managing complex projects.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills.
  • Very good German and English skills at C1 level.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, or agile methods is desirable.
  • Technical understanding of JavaScript or modern web technologies is desirable.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CTA are desirable.
