Responsibilities
- Own strategic customer engagements from start to finish.
- Define Statements of Work (SOWs) for technical engagements.
- Lead consultative conversations to clarify business objectives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain project visibility.
- Anticipate risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Become an expert in the Klaviyo platform and martech ecosystem.
- Translate customer goals into actionable technical solutions.
- Educate internal teams and customer stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements in Professional Services delivery.
Requirements
- 4+ years in SaaS Professional Services or similar technical roles.
- Experience leading enterprise-level projects.
- Strong understanding of the martech landscape and technologies.
- Hands-on experience with web development languages and programming.
- Excellent communication skills across various audiences.
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver with a resourceful approach.
