Base Salary
$150k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives as the technical lead on prospect and expansion deals.
- Run technical discovery of brand technology stacks and define clear paths to launch.
- Own developer and agency partner onboarding, including documentation, environment setup, sandbox access, and rules of engagement.
- Author integration and custom-build specifications, review partner deliverables, and unblock developers.
- Provide structured partner and customer feedback to Product for roadmap planning.
- Support integrations from the first technical call through shipped delivery.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a partner/developer-facing technical role.
- Strong knowledge of web and mobile commerce architecture, APIs, webhooks, data integrations, and configurable versus custom development.
- Ability to turn ambiguous requests into clear technical specifications and communicate implementation options clearly.
- Ecommerce, SaaS, or Shopify ecosystem experience is strongly preferred.
- Shopify experience, including Liquid and Storefront/Admin APIs, agency-side experience, or frontend/mobile development experience is a bonus.
