Responsibilities
- Act as the core technical stakeholder across the end-to-end sales cycle for partner-led opportunities.
- Lead technical discovery and qualification by understanding customer workflows, business challenges, and success criteria.
- Deliver value-based demonstrations and Proofs of Concept tailored to customer use cases and industries.
- Provide architecture design, solution positioning, technical support, and RFI/RFP responses during the sales process.
- Advise customers, partners, and internal teams on digital transformation and collaboration strategies.
- Enable and co-sell with channel partners while scaling technical capabilities across the LATAM ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Strategy to address objections and develop playbooks, demo assets, and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Solution Architecture in a SaaS environment.
- Ability to position AI and LLM use cases in business scenarios such as productivity, automation, and data insights.
- Familiarity with LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and AI-driven workflows.
- Proven experience delivering customer-facing demos and Proofs of Concept.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Fluency in English and Spanish and willingness to travel across LATAM.
- Preferred experience integrating AI into business applications such as chatbots, knowledge assistants, or automation tools.
- Preferred experience with channel or partner-led sales motions, partner ecosystems, or high-growth and startup environments.
- Industry experience in Retail, F&B, Manufacturing, Financial Services, or Technology is preferred.
- Exposure to AWS, distributors, or ISVs is preferred.
