Base Salary
$120k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own features from weekly customer interviews through production delivery.
- Build intuitive React UIs for complex blueprint and hardware data.
- Develop Python backend systems and contribute to infrastructure.
- Architect and build new product capabilities from concept to production.
- Translate customer and domain knowledge into clear product decisions.
- Shape product direction alongside the team.
- Handle operational and logistical work in the early-stage startup.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to ship full-stack features using React and Python.
- Experience owning features end-to-end from customer discovery through production delivery.
- Strong product judgment and user-focused design sensibility.
- Experience or aptitude for zero-to-one architecture and product building.
- Strong communication skills, growth mindset, and comfort with rapid iteration.
- Motivation to make housing and infrastructure more affordable.
- US work authorization is required.
- Experience building a product used or paid for, construction or blueprint domain experience, and AI or computer vision experience are preferred.
