Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain reusable developer tooling shared across all engineering teams.
Enable a consistent and friction-free local development experience for engineers.
Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines that provide fast, reliable feedback loops.
Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the developer workflow through proactive engagement.
Contribute to and enforce standards for code reusability and maintainability.
Integrate AI tooling into CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows to accelerate delivery.
Build AI-assisted automation for test generation, code review, and performance anomaly detection.
Evaluate and adopt emerging AI developer tools and drive their adoption across engineering.
Design intelligent observability solutions using AI to surface actionable signals.
Partner with cross-functional teams to embed AI capabilities into the software delivery lifecycle.
Coordinate performance testing across internal teams and external resources.

5+ years of experience in software engineering, focusing on developer tooling or DevOps.
Strong systems thinker with the ability to navigate platform-level architecture.
Excited about AI and actively looking for ways to apply it to engineering problems.
Clear communicator who can translate technical findings into business-relevant insights.
Comfortable working in a cross-geography setup and mentoring peers.
Quality-first mindset with a focus on best practices in testing and observability.
