Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentoring for RMF applications and engineering teams.
- Own solution architecture, API contracts, integration patterns, data flows, service boundaries, and architecture documentation.
- Design, develop, test, and support full-stack applications, backend services, REST APIs, and integration components.
- Build responsive Angular user interfaces and integrate them with secure backend APIs and cloud-hosted services.
- Develop and operate applications using Microsoft Azure PaaS services, including deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Create unit, integration, and regression tests and apply secure, maintainable engineering practices.
- Lead technical discovery, estimation, risk assessment, design reviews, code reviews, root-cause analysis, and technical debt reduction.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Use approved generative AI tools such as GitHub Copilot while validating outputs for security, reliability, compliance, and business fit.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Expert hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET, ASP.NET Web API, and full-stack application development.
- Strong knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS/SCSS.
- Experience building cloud-native applications with Microsoft Azure PaaS services.
- Hands-on experience with REST API development, backend services, system integration, and SQL-based data access.
- Knowledge of software design patterns, SOLID principles, dependency injection, object-oriented programming, asynchronous programming, debugging, source control, and testing.
- Experience with Git and Azure DevOps Pipelines for source control, CI/CD, and release automation.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and leading complex, cross-system technical initiatives.
- Proven ability to own enterprise solution and integration architecture, mentor engineers, establish standards, and influence senior stakeholders.
- Awareness of Python, generative AI concepts, and data engineering fundamentals.
