Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning solutions ensuring accuracy, performance, security, and scalability.
- Implement and maintain end-to-end AI/ML pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Instrument AI/ML services with metrics and telemetry to monitor performance and health.
- Participate in on-call rotations and execute progressive rollouts for production services.
- Collaborate in planning, design, and code review phases to enhance product quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or applied ML.
- Proficiency in Python and at least one ML framework like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with NLP libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers or SpaCy.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts.
