Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow architecture initiatives through implementation and ongoing enhancement.
- Design scalable, secure, maintainable, and business-aligned ServiceNow solutions.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into end-to-end solution architectures.
- Advise clients and delivery teams as a ServiceNow technical subject matter expert.
- Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow, enterprise applications, platforms, and third-party systems.
- Provide architectural leadership, design governance, and technical direction across projects and delivery teams.
- Lead architecture reviews covering performance, scalability, security, and compliance.
- Produce architecture documentation, solution designs, and technical artifacts.
- Identify new ServiceNow capabilities and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Extensive experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience leading ServiceNow architecture, implementation, and integration initiatives.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture principles, modules, workflows, integrations, and best practices.
- Experience designing end-to-end solutions supporting digital transformation and service optimization.
- Experience translating strategic and operational requirements into technical solutions with business stakeholders.
- Ability to provide architectural leadership across multiple projects and delivery teams.
- Strong solution architecture, technical design, documentation, governance, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities focused on practical, business-aligned outcomes.
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
