Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components and applications.
- Design and develop reports and dashboards using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Optimize report performance and troubleshoot complex reporting issues.
- Lead planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Strong experience designing and developing reports and dashboards using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Knowledge of database concepts, query optimization, and data integration techniques.
- Experience with modern development frameworks and agile software development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and collaborative working skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
