Responsibilities
- Build and maintain admin consoles, IAM flows, notifications, and collaboration features.
- Implement secure authentication patterns with Keycloak and OpenFGA and provide tamper-evident audit views.
- Deliver accessible and performant React components with testing and telemetry.
- Participate in on-call, observability, and incident response for Core services.
- Collaborate with Design, Platform, and customer-facing teams to prioritize product impact.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience building production-grade TypeScript applications across frontend and backend.
- Strong experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, tRPC or similar technologies, and modern testing tools.
- Familiarity with OAuth2, OIDC, RBAC, ABAC, and secure UI patterns.
- Comfort with Kubernetes, GitOps workflows, on-call rotations, observability, and incident response.
- Eligibility to work in Germany; EU/NATO citizenship is preferred for export control.
- Experience with real-time collaboration, WebSockets, CRDTs, accessibility, design systems, Temporal.io, graph/map visualization, or regulated industry products is a plus.
- German language proficiency at B1+ level or prior defense/law-enforcement customer experience is a plus.
