Responsibilities
- Build and regularly ship 0-to-1 product features and experiences while making appropriate technical trade-offs.
- Design adaptable, reusable, and scalable AI-enabled application capabilities on top of foundational models.
- Translate coaching workflows and insights into high-quality AI Agents and product experiences with coaching experts.
- Build scalable, reusable pipelines and integrations for importing and exporting data across productivity and learning and development tools.
- Educate teammates on data and AI best practices through mentorship, code reviews, and learning sessions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and coaching to create a compelling software coaching product.
Requirements
- Experienced software engineer with experience shipping data-related products to production for real users; new graduates are not being considered.
- Experience with dynamic programming languages and server-side web applications.
- Ideally experienced with event-driven architectures and traditional web stacks such as Ruby on Rails or Laravel.
- Understanding of data engineering and software architecture concepts for modern data-based applications, including search indexes and data pipelines.
- Experience productively integrating LLM-based coding tools such as Cursor and Cody.
- Comfort working with ambiguity in an early-stage startup environment.
- Must be located in the United States or Canada.
