Responsibilities
- Build and regularly ship 0-to-1 product features and experiences.
- Design adaptable, reusable, and scalable AI-enabled capabilities on top of foundational models.
- Translate coaching workflows and insights into high-quality AI-agent product experiences.
- Build scalable, reusable pipelines and integrations for importing and exporting data.
- Educate teammates on AI and data best practices through mentorship, code reviews, and learning sessions.
- Collaborate closely with design, coaching, and engineering teammates to create compelling product experiences.
Requirements
- Experienced software engineer; new graduates are not being considered.
- Experience shipping data-related products to production for real users.
- Experience with dynamic programming languages and server-side web applications.
- Ideally, experience with event-driven architectures and traditional web stacks such as Ruby on Rails or Laravel.
- Understanding of data engineering and software architecture concepts for modern data-based applications.
- Ability to integrate LLM-based coding tools such as Cursor and Cody into the development workflow.
- Comfort working in an ambiguous, fast-moving early-stage startup environment.
- Candidates must be located in the United States or Canada.
