Base Salary
$150k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web services for the core B2B SaaS application.
- Write clean, high-quality, well-tested code, primarily in Go.
- Architect and manage complex PostgreSQL database schemas and queries.
- Research, prototype, and implement AI-powered tools for code completion, automated reviews, and software development lifecycle improvements.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate user requirements into user-centered solutions.
- Mentor engineers and champion technical best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Deep proficiency across the full stack of B2B SaaS applications.
- Frontend experience with vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Backend experience with Go preferred, with Ruby, Python, or PHP accepted.
- Database experience with PostgreSQL.
- Ability to architect solutions for complex distributed systems.
- Product-first mindset with strong user experience and design awareness.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
