Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable multi-agent and agentic AI systems for enterprise environments.
- Develop and deploy AI-powered applications using Microsoft AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.
- Integrate, fine-tune, and deploy large language models and small language models.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver GenAI and agentic AI solutions with measurable business impact.
- Implement responsible AI practices, governance, compliance, and ethical standards throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Make architectural and technical decisions across projects and teams.
- Mentor teams on agentic AI design, orchestration, deployment, and best practices.
- Assess solution performance and recommend improvements to scalability, accuracy, and compliance.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and training on Microsoft’s agentic AI technology stack.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience is required, with 13+ years of overall IT industry experience also stated.
- At least 8 years of experience working with Microsoft AI technologies.
- At least 2 years specializing in agentic AI architecture.
- At least 10 years of experience with Azure Platform as a Service.
- Extensive expertise in Microsoft AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs and SLMs, including fine-tuning, deployment, and enterprise integration.
- Proven experience designing and implementing agentic AI architectures.
- Practical experience with Python and Visual Studio Code.
- Understanding of responsible AI frameworks, governance policies, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Machine Learning and familiarity with Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service are preferred.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
