Base Salary
$128k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Advise enterprise customers on Box solution architectures, custom document vaults, file migrations, CRM integrations, and workflow transformation.
- Design and deliver differentiated custom solutions using Box configurations and APIs, SaaS technologies, integration technologies, and partner tools.
- Build and sustain customer and partner relationships while driving adoption of Box products and platform capabilities.
- Lead pre-sales scoping, develop project scope documentation, statements of work, technical specifications, and business requirements.
- Create repeatable technical solutions and industry playbooks based on market trends, research, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consultants, and field teams to support go-to-market and bookings targets.
- Forecast capacity and deliver against revenue targets.
- Present technical solutions to developers, IT architects, business managers, and executives.
- Travel to client sites when required; a driver's license may be required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
- Expertise in cloud-solution architecture and system design, including APIs, infrastructure, middleware, scale limits, and rate limits.
- Experience with one or more of Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, .NET, or Visualforce.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences and present to executive stakeholders.
- Ability to facilitate customer conversations, answer in-depth implementation questions, and develop solution architecture and strategy.
- Preferred: expertise in enterprise content management systems and cloud migrations.
- Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous, dynamic environment and collaborate across Sales and Customer Success.
