Base Salary
$128k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Advise enterprise customers on Box solution architecture, application design, custom document vaults, content migrations, and integrations.
- Design and deliver custom solutions using Box configurations and APIs, SaaS technologies, integration technologies, and partner tools.
- Develop project scopes, statements of work, technical specifications, and business requirements for customer engagements.
- Lead pre-sales technical scoping and create repeatable solutions and industry playbooks.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, field teams, partners, and Solutions Consultants to support customer outcomes and bookings targets.
- Forecast capacity and deliver against revenue targets.
- Present technical solutions to executives, business managers, developers, and IT architects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
- Expertise in cloud solution architecture and system design, including APIs, infrastructure, middleware, scale limits, and rate limits.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Experience with one or more of Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, .NET, or Visualforce.
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences and lead customer conversations.
- A valid driver's license may be required for onsite client visits.
- Preferred: expertise in enterprise content management systems and cloud migrations.
