Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and optimize embedded software and firmware applications.
- Develop embedded solutions using Embedded C/C++ and Python.
- Work with microprocessors, microcontrollers, embedded hardware platforms, and Raspberry Pi.
- Implement and troubleshoot CAN, I2C, SPI, and RS232 communication protocols.
- Support hardware bring-up, debugging, system integration, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, validation, and product engineering teams.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, technical discussions, and root cause analysis.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and test procedures.
- Support HMI development and work within CCB processes.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Embedded C/C++ programming.
- Hands-on Python development and scripting experience.
- Experience with microprocessors, microcontrollers, and Raspberry Pi development and integration.
- Strong understanding of embedded systems architecture and real-time software development.
- Experience with CAN, I2C, SPI, and RS232 communication protocols.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for hardware-software interactions.
- Understanding of firmware development lifecycle and embedded application testing.
- Experience with HMI development.
- Familiarity with CCB processes, configuration management, version control systems, and software release processes.
