Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, development, and integration of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems.
- Perform and coordinate complex application programming activities.
- Design application technical infrastructure using specified databases, programming languages, utilities, and testing approaches.
- Lead the development of cost-effective and innovative backend solutions.
- Develop multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with the bank’s vision, strategy, and business goals.
- Lead complex projects involving backend systems, new technology, and application enhancements.
- Act as development team lead and run code-review sessions.
- Support and mentor intermediate and senior developers through knowledge sharing, collaboration, and problem solving.
- Migrate infrastructure to current technologies, including migration to Azure Cloud.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of hands-on development experience with Azure Cloud, ETL, Databricks, ADF, ADLS, Python, Scala, Oracle, SQL Server, Azure SQL MI, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Autosys.
- Experience with infrastructure upgrades and migration to Azure Cloud.
- Computer Science, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or a related field of study.
- Legal eligibility to work at the specified location and, where applicable, a valid work or study permit.
