Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain C#/.NET applications, REST/gRPC APIs, and microservices.
Develop data models, queries, and optimizations using SQL Server and MySQL.
Contribute to distributed systems, asynchronous processing workflows, and real-time data processing platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver features from design through deployment.
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and quality improvement.
Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
Containerize applications with Docker and integrate messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or IBM MQ.
Work with cloud technologies and large-scale analytics platforms supporting mission-critical border security systems.

3–5 years of relevant professional software engineering experience, preferably focused on backend development.
Strong experience with C# and .NET.
Experience building APIs and microservices architectures.
Working knowledge of relational databases, especially SQL Server and MySQL.
Familiarity with GitHub, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred experience includes Docker, Kubernetes, event-driven systems, Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and large-scale data or analytics platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
