Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, planning, and execution of software application projects.
- Serve as an SME, coordinate teams, and make decisions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Provide technical solutions and troubleshoot or optimize application performance.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuously improve development processes, team productivity, and product quality.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with ASP.NET MVC.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, object-oriented programming, and software design patterns.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with database design and development using SQL Server.
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative development environments.
