Base Salary
$133k - $154k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support scalable microservices, APIs, and modern web applications.
- Own features from design through production, focusing on reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver customer value.
- Improve platform observability, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and engineering automation.
- Mentor teammates through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance development and software quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong experience with .NET Core/C#, Scala, Java, or similar backend technologies.
- Experience building distributed systems, microservices, or cloud-native SaaS applications on AWS.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, REST APIs, and React or Angular.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building reliable software.
- Experience using AI developer tools and an interest in applying AI to engineering tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
