Responsibilities
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Perform performance and load testing using Apache JMeter and analyze results to identify application bottlenecks.
- Monitor system behavior and coordinate with stakeholders and multiple teams to maintain reliable application operations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Manage team activities, mentor junior members, and drive continuous improvement of support processes and system stability.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Apache JMeter is required.
- Proficiency in Apache JMeter, including performance and load testing, is required.
- Ability to analyze test results and identify application performance bottlenecks is required.
- Experience or familiarity with scripting and automation for testing efficiency is required.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of integrating Apache JMeter with monitoring and reporting tools are required.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
