Responsibilities
- Design, build, integrate, and test software components across the AI architecture.
- Design agent architectures covering prompts, tools, skills, multi-agent orchestration, task handoffs, state management, error recovery, and memory.
- Evaluate design options and technology approaches against capability, cost, performance, and reliability requirements.
- Build evaluation strategies and harnesses measuring agent and system accuracy, relevance, and faithfulness.
- Architect foundation-model integrations, including model selection, invocation patterns, fine-tuning, RAG, and custom integrations.
- Build model adaptation and fine-tuning pipelines using transformer-based architectures.
- Design context graphs, ingestion pipelines, embeddings, vector storage, semantic and hybrid retrieval, reranking, and context assembly.
- Implement memory, prompt, conversational-state, caching, inference, and resource-utilization components.
- Build security, Responsible AI, governance, audit, lineage, observability, monitoring, alerting, and cost-tracking controls.
- Produce ADRs, architecture blueprints, design documents, integration specifications, component diagrams, and data-flow diagrams.
- Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, application developers, and stakeholders to deliver client solutions.
Requirements
- Active Anthropic certification.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade agentic, generative AI, and classical AI/ML solutions using at least one cloud vendor.
- Practical experience with agentic, LLM, and generative AI systems.
- Proficiency coding in Python.
- Strong foundation in architecting and operationalizing LLM-driven application architecture patterns.
- Professional experience coding engineering, machine learning, deep learning, and NLP solutions and applications.
- Several years of hands-on industry experience as a machine learning architect designing big-data, machine-learning, and large-scale analytical engineering solutions.
