Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and serve as the primary point of contact for applications using Oracle Retail Advanced Inventory Planning.
- Enable and operationalize embedded Oracle AI capabilities within Oracle Retail AIP workflows.
- Configure Oracle security, roles, workflow states, and feature enablement.
- Run use-case discovery workshops and map business pain points to product AI features, KPIs, and adoption metrics.
- Implement AI governance, including access controls, auditability, human-in-the-loop approvals, and responsible-use guardrails.
- Extend Oracle screens and processes using supported extensions and APIs while maintaining compliance.
- Deliver pilot, phased deployment, training, rollout, and hypercare playbooks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required.
- Deep hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Advanced Inventory Planning (AIP) is required.
- Experience configuring Oracle security, roles, workflow states, and feature enablement.
- Knowledge of integrations, APIs, events, and OIC where applicable.
- A testing mindset and experience with prompt or template assets, telemetry, audit logs, and KPI tracking.
- Strong stakeholder management and delivery discipline.
- 15 years of full-time education.
