Responsibilities

  • Design new functionality for an evolving platform used by internal teams and external clients.
  • Own the target architecture and cloud-native SaaS transformation roadmap.
  • Prepare architecture decision records, solution designs, and technical specifications.
  • Define and verify requirements for scalability, performance, availability, observability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Set technical standards, patterns, and reference implementations across development teams.
  • Serve as technical design authority by reviewing designs and key implementations.
  • Evaluate technologies, cloud services, third-party integrations, and their cost impact.
  • Validate business requirements with stakeholders and ensure alignment with product objectives.
  • Design APIs and integration contracts for internal and external client-facing services.
  • Run proofs of concept and technical spikes, manage technical debt, and drive legacy modernization.
  • Explain technical trade-offs and development-process considerations to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of professional experience in senior IT roles, including at least 4 years as a Solution Architect.
  • Deep architecture-level knowledge of the .NET stack.
  • Strong practical experience with public cloud in a PaaS model, preferably Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience designing distributed, scalable systems delivered through a SaaS model.
  • Experience collaborating with non-technical product owners and managers and with development, testing, and DevOps teams.
  • Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams and oversee the full software development lifecycle.
  • Very good English communication skills at C1 level and Polish-language communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, self-organization, and client-collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge and daily use of new technologies and AI-based tools for activities such as automation, analysis, or content creation.
  • Hands-on .NET development experience, SAFe experience, and AML/KYC domain knowledge are advantageous.
