Responsibilities
- Prototype technical integrations, templates, reference architectures, starter kits, and mock environments for E3 platforms and development pipelines.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting, architecture reviews, pairing sessions, mentoring, and technical guidance to internal engineers and platform teams.
- Create presentations, demonstrations, technical blogs, sample solutions, internal tech talks, workshops, and hackathon contributions.
- Support inner-sourcing initiatives and build engagement across Roche’s internal engineering and technical communities.
- Collect and communicate developer feedback, bugs, feature requests, adoption trends, and workflow bottlenecks to platform product squads and leadership.
- Advocate for improvements to platform documentation, API usability, embedded application security tools, AI tools, and the end-to-end developer experience.
- Encourage adoption of E3 capabilities and act as a technical spokesperson across Roche business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous full-stack software development, DevOps, or Platform Engineering experience with strong coding and architecture skills.
- Deep familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and automated code review agents.
- Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD engines, and container orchestration.
- Ability to build reference architectures, starter kits, and deployable mock environments.
- Strong technical storytelling, written and oral communication, mentoring, community-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and operate pragmatically in complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments.
- Willingness to participate in internal conferences, global engineering events, and inner-source meetups.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and Compliance teams and use developer feedback to influence product roadmaps.
- Strong focus on documentation, usable APIs, stable solutions, and accessible technical support.

- Salary range of 19,000–35,400 PLN gross based on the employment contract, with an additional compensation section listing 228,900.00–425,100.00 PLN for the Warsaw Grafit primary location.
