Base Salary
$160k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise across Windows, Linux, and AWS in a secure AWS GovCloud environment.
- Facilitate incident-management response for service disruptions and degradations while meeting established SLAs.
- Develop metrics and reporting for monthly deliverables.
- Enhance and document processes and procedures using ServiceNow, Confluence, and Jira.
- Collaborate with operations managers, technical leads, environmental engineers, cybersecurity personnel, and other stakeholders.
- Gather team requirements, prioritize and track initiatives, and delegate tasks as necessary.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and provide customer service.
- Support outages or service degradations beyond core business hours when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Five years of related work experience as a technical leader.
- DoD Public Trust (NACi) or higher clearance.
- IAT II or Security+ certification and/or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Windows, Linux, or AWS technical operations.
- Experience working in AWS secure GovCloud environments and with IT operations.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Confluence, and Jira.
- Experience with Agile SAFe methodology and cross-functional team environments.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Preferred: 5+ years of AWS SRE experience, strong Windows and/or Linux expertise, IAT/IAM III, and AWS certification.
