Base Salary
$175k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and own full-stack software features powering F2’s AI platform.
- Write production code and deliver critical platform components from scratch.
- Set coding standards, architectural patterns, and review processes.
- Mentor engineers and help maintain a practical, reliable, test-driven engineering culture.
- Contribute to monitoring, scaling, and hardening the platform architecture.
- Collaborate with product, security, and go-to-market teams to deliver roadmap features.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building production software across frontend and backend.
- Demonstrated ability to ship full-stack features end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of modern web application development practices and patterns.
- Comfort building products with AI, including LLM, retrieval, or agent integrations.
- Passion for software engineering and continuous learning.
- Familiarity with Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, Node.js, Supabase, and AWS is preferred.
