Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to align features with evolving business requirements.
- Manage application deployments, releases, updates, and rollback procedures.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of application updates.
- Provide solutions to work-related problems and contribute to team discussions.
- Share knowledge and provide best-practice guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Azure Data Services, including cloud-based data storage, processing, and integration services.
- Knowledge of Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SQL, and PySpark as primary skills.
- Power BI knowledge as a secondary skill.
- Familiarity with APIs and low-code platforms for customizing and extending packaged applications.
- Ability to manage application lifecycle activities, including deployment, updates, and rollbacks.
- Understanding of system compatibility and performance optimization techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving application issues.
- 15 years of full-time education.
