Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test strategies and plans for software applications.
- Lead testing professionals in executing test cases and scenarios.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and define testing objectives.
- Perform manual and automated testing to validate software functionality and performance.
- Identify, report, and analyze bugs, issues, and defects.
- Recommend improvements to development teams based on test results.
- Improve testing processes and methodologies using current industry practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Software Engineering.
- Experience and skills in automated testing, QA automation, quality assurance, quality management, and test process improvement.
- Proficiency with Appium, Cucumber, Cypress, iTKO LISA, Selenium, and Tricentis Tosca.
- Required capabilities include firmware testing, risk management, client relations, people leadership, and quality consulting.
- English proficiency at C2 level.
- Relevant certifications include CSQA, CSTE, Hexawise Test Professional Certification, ISTQB Certified Tester, and Selenium Basics.
