Responsibilities
- Capture, design, and implement Salesforce platform solutions using custom development and industry best practices.
- Lead technical design sessions, document solutions, identify gaps, and align implementations with business objectives.
- Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, bug fixes, enhancements, and Tier 3 support.
- Execute unit, performance, and user acceptance testing and develop test strategies and automation frameworks.
- Work with engineers and developers on solutions and integrations, providing hands-on technical assistance.
- Communicate technical risks, vulnerabilities, and secure design patterns through training and demonstrations.
- Mentor junior developers and train junior associates on procedures and standards.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to design and implement customer-focused solutions.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or Certified Salesforce Administrator/Platform Developer I certification required.
- Understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, coding, design guidelines, governor limits, architecture, and scalable solution design.
- Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Aura, LWC components, Flows, object configuration, validation rules, and App Builder.
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio Code, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, troubleshooting, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Certified Platform Developer II certification, Scrum or Agile experience, CI/CD, Git, GitHub, Azure, Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, React, AWS, and NoSQL database experience are preferred.
