Responsibilities
- Automate manual, repetitive, reporting, and control activities and configure and tune the resulting solutions.
- Build and maintain foundational Model Context Protocol servers that allow AI models to securely interact with enterprise systems.
- Integrate services with AI tools and support service migrations to SaaS.
- Design and develop software solutions and streamlined processes to improve system resiliency, reliability, and business cost.
- Analyze production incident root causes, business impacts, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate service issue investigations and deploy engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Developer Services engineers and cross-functional teams on globally scoped projects.
- Help developers and employees improve productivity through developer tooling and automation.
Requirements
- Senior software development experience with scripting in Python, Shell/Bash, Java, or Go, including the ability to build MCP servers.
- Experience with CI/CD and large-enterprise technology stack and infrastructure architecture.
- Hands-on experience deploying and scaling Model Context Protocol in complex enterprise environments.
- Understanding of SRE, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong analytical, algorithmic, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong teamwork, proactive working style, and written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of Grafana or Splunk is an additional advantage.
