Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure, networking configurations, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
- Build and improve CI/CD processes and deployment automation for reliable and secure software delivery.
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes environments and containerized workloads in production.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions for platform reliability.
- Support incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of operational practices.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment standards, platform stability, and operational excellence.
- Implement cloud-native security practices including secrets management, access control, and infrastructure hardening.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, technical standards, and operational runbooks.
- Support cloud cost optimization and infrastructure performance improvement initiatives.
- Participate in technical reviews and share knowledge across engineering teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
- Strong experience with CI/CD platforms and deployment automation.
- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
- Experience operating cloud environments including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Understanding of observability practices including monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management.
- Experience applying security best practices to cloud-native applications and infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of databases and messaging systems in production environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
- University degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience in fintech, payments, or regulated environments; Kafka or distributed messaging platforms; service meshes; cloud-native networking; FinOps; resilience engineering; disaster recovery; chaos testing; AI-assisted development tooling; PCI DSS or PSD2 operational requirements; and Polish language skills.
