Base Salary
$148k - $193k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and review architectural plans for new projects.
- Participate in implementation with the engineering team.
- Champion the adoption of a mix of traditional and cutting-edge technologies.
- Mentor and guide engineers to grow their skills.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor others in performing good code reviews.
- Ensure delivery of superior software that exceeds customer expectations.
- Forge partnerships with product managers, designers, and leadership.
Requirements
- 15+ years of professional software development experience.
- Marketplace product experience is highly desirable.
- Strong technical expertise in full-stack development, including backend development with Python and Node.js.
- Experience with frontend development using React and TypeScript.
- Experience with AWS for deploying and scaling production workloads.
- Proven leadership skills to set technical direction and mentor engineers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
