Base Salary
$140k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and review architectural plans for new projects and participate in implementation
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for Post Order/Order Management solutions
- Guide adoption of appropriate traditional and emerging technologies and methods
- Mentor and teach engineers across the organization
- Perform code reviews and mentor others in effective code review practices
- Ensure software meets high standards for reliability, scalability, security, quality, and delivery
- Partner with product managers, designers, and company leadership to support collaboration and technical strategy
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
- Marketplace product experience and understanding of scaling multi-sided platforms are highly desirable
- Strong full-stack development expertise
- Backend development experience with Python for services, APIs, and data-driven systems
- Experience designing backend microservices and APIs with Node.js
- Frontend development experience with React and TypeScript, focused on scalable UI design and usability
- AWS experience, including deploying, monitoring, and scaling production workloads
- Ability to set technical direction, mentor engineers across levels, and influence product and business decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
