Base Salary
$140k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and review architectural plans for new projects.
- Participate in implementation with the team.
- Champion the adoption of innovative technologies and methods.
- Mentor and guide engineers across the organization.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor others in performing good code reviews.
- Ensure delivery of superior software that exceeds customer expectations.
- Forge partnerships with product managers, designers, and leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Marketplace product experience is highly desirable.
- Strong technical expertise in full-stack development.
- Experience with backend development using Python and Node.js.
- Frontend development experience with React and TypeScript.
- Experience with AWS for deploying and scaling production workloads.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to influence product decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
