Base Salary
$119k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to build and maintain buyer-experience features for Xometry’s online custom manufacturing marketplace.
- Actively code and troubleshoot while providing hands-on technical leadership.
- Guide, supervise, teach, and mentor engineers on the team and across the organization.
- Conduct code reviews and establish effective coding patterns and designs.
- Deliver high-quality software aligned with customer expectations and strategic business timelines.
- Apply strong debugging practices and prioritize unit and integration testing.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of software development experience in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
- Strong full-stack technical expertise with Python, React, TypeScript, HTML, DOM, CSS, AWS, SQL, MongoDB, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong execution and communication skills.
- Experience with an e-commerce or marketplace product is highly desired.
