Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and scale engineering solutions and run experiments for emerging Responsible AI research priorities.
- Collaborate with Research Scientists to advance the state of the art in Responsible AI.
- Serve as a technical anchor by establishing practices for code quality, scalability, and system design.
- Present complex engineering trade-offs and research results to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
- Lead project teams and set technical direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in Python programming.
- Experience with generative AI, generative AI agents, natural language processing, and large language models.
- Experience with cloud AI and machine learning systems and tools such as Kaggle, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or Math, or a technically oriented MBA.
- Preferred: Experience with AI ethics, responsible development, trust and safety, or adversarial thinking.
