Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Maintain current, available, and correctly provisioned sales demo environments for field POCs, webinars, trials, and demo scenarios.
- Configure and support underlying infrastructure using established standards and playbooks.
- Execute deployment runs, troubleshoot pipeline failures, improve scripts and pipelines, and follow GitOps practices.
- Use AI tools with human review, security controls, responsible-use practices, and change-management standards for troubleshooting, scripting, validation, documentation, and runbook creation.
- Support monitoring, dashboards, alert tuning, vulnerability remediation, IAM/RBAC access management, compliance audits, scaling, rightsizing, capacity planning, and resource cleanup.
- Work with Product, Development, Sales, and Solutions Engineering teams to integrate features, test updates, conduct readiness reviews, and prepare demo environments.
- Create and maintain setup, configuration, maintenance, runbook, and how-to documentation.
- Support performance optimization, profiling, KPI reporting, incident resolution, escalation, and resolution documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with configuration management, deployment automation, and monitoring tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, and Prometheus.
- Working scripting skills in Bash and Python for basic automation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
