Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ, including product rules, price rules, quote templates, and approval processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce Billing and improve Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Create and manage APIs and integrations using MuleSoft, REST, SOAP, and third-party systems.
- Implement Salesforce development, security, sharing-model, and platform-performance best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code and workflows.
- Participate in sprint planning, story grooming, code reviews, and cross-team decision-making.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and monitor project progress to support timely feature delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ is required.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud and Salesforce CPQ is required.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Billing and its data model is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the application development lifecycle and development methodologies is required.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other platforms and services is required.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security and the Salesforce sharing model is required.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Experience Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I or II, and Salesforce Billing Specialist.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
