Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for PAM workflows.
- Build reusable automation libraries for API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop automation for privileged access workflows including credential rotation and access provisioning.
- Automate authentication and identity flows such as OAuth, SAML, and SSO.
- Validate access workflows across protocols such as SSH and RDP.
- Build and maintain automation for backend services, APIs, and cloud-hosted systems.
- Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage containerized test environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Investigate automation failures and perform root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Security, and Product teams to embed testability into system design.
- Contribute to quality engineering standards and automation best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test automation, quality engineering, or software development in test.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proven experience designing and building automation frameworks or test systems.
- Hands-on experience with modern automation tools such as Playwright or Pytest.
- Strong experience testing APIs, distributed systems, and security-sensitive workflows.
- Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with containerized or cloud-native environments (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS).
- Understanding of authentication and identity concepts (OAuth, SAML).
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system interactions and automation failures.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence quality practices across teams.
- Must be a 'U.S. Person' due to FedRAMP compliance requirements.
