Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design robust, scalable, and secure cloud architectures tailored to partner needs.
- Lead collaborative architectural design sessions aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
- Develop proofs of concept and pilots to validate proposed cloud and AI solutions and drive partner adoption.
- Provide technical guidance and support for successful implementation and optimization of cloud solutions.
- Help partners transition from legacy systems to modern cloud environments.
- Develop reusable intellectual property, accelerators, agentic solutions, and differentiated managed services for AI services.
- Act as a technical bridge between Microsoft engineering and strategic partners and provide implementation-informed feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field and 4+ years of experience in cloud technologies, IT, consulting/support, software development, or practice development, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of enterprise technical experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Agents, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio.
- Experience developing technology intellectual property or services and understanding digital transformation, cloud platforms, generative AI, and SaaS services.
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud offerings including Azure, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365.
- Understanding of the Microsoft partner ecosystem and partner business models.
- Knowledge of security, governance, and data access best practices.
- Experience with adoption and change management, including Prosci.
- Experience building Copilot extensions and agents.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and technical projects.
- Technical cloud certification, such as Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, Google, or security certifications.
