Base Salary
$127k - $232k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, debug, and enhance complex software products throughout the software lifecycle.
- Translate customer requirements into software designs and products for web services, applications, system integrations, and distributed computing solutions.
- Document architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and software designs.
- Interface with users to troubleshoot technical issues, gather feedback, and develop future design concepts.
- Implement relevant technologies, tools, frameworks, and regulatory changes while improving software processes, tools, and performance metrics.
- Advise on software domains, system-specific issues, processes, and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance; U.S. citizenship is required for the clearance.
- Experience working with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
- At least 3 years of experience with Java, C++, Angular or React.js, HTML, and CSS.
- At least 3 years of software development and configuration management experience.
- At least 3 years of experience developing software products in a cloud environment.
- At least 2 years of experience with Agile methodologies.
- Preferred: 9 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred: 5+ years with Java and React, Windows, Linux, AWS, Windows- and Linux-based IDEs, Maven, Git, and GitLab.
- Preferred: experience with Atlassian tools, JUnit/Mockito testing, Spring Boot, MongoDB, REST API integration, Kubernetes with Helm, and orbital-mechanics or coordinate-transform algorithms.
