Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of high-impact, technically complex projects for the lending platform.
- Provide technical leadership and clear communication to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive hyper-optimization of lending systems for a large addressable market.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations to build trustworthy lending experiences.
- Mentor engineers and foster best practices in architecture and code quality.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in building and scaling distributed systems and high-throughput APIs.
- Strong full-stack skills with fluency in backend architecture and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience designing systems with reliability, security, and performance in regulated finance.
- Exceptional technical leadership and communication skills.
