Responsibilities
- Develop and support a highly scalable SaaS-based security analytics product.
- Build next-generation microservices-based technology processing over 100 million transactions and terabytes of data per day.
- Write high-performance, reliable, and maintainable code using software development best practices and design patterns.
- Work with high-throughput message-queueing systems and deploy microservices.
- Manage and enhance CI/CD pipeline software and tools, including Jenkins.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects on challenging, business-impacting projects.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on development experience in Node.js.
- Experience with high-throughput message-queueing systems such as Kafka or Resque.
- Experience deploying microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD and related pipeline software and tools.
- Proven understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
- Knowledge of security devices, hybrid cloud services, and networking is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, initiative, and willingness to learn.
