Responsibilities
- Configure, design, and customize SAP solutions supporting logistics and supply chain business groups.
- Translate complex cross-functional business needs into system designs and functional and technical specifications.
- Analyze business processes across multiple supply chain functions and develop workable system models.
- Deliver project work across requirements analysis, design review, development, testing, cutover, post-go-live warranty support, and handover to SAP support.
- Develop SAP extensions using user exits, implicit enhancements, BAdIs, BAPIs, IDocs, and OData.
- Perform ABAP development involving reports, performance, IDocs, Smart Forms, SAPscript, BAdIs, and user exits.
- Monitor and report on project progress and outcomes while coordinating with global and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- At least one full lifecycle implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
- At least 6 years of SAP SM experience in a high-tech manufacturing, OEM, or consumer product environment.
- Strong ABAP knowledge and hands-on configuration and development experience.
- Experience with SAP SD implementations involving IDocs, orders, pricing, invoicing, and outputs.
- Detailed system analysis and development of functional and technical specifications for large-scale S/4HANA implementations.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA testing phases and cutover activities.
- Ability to interact effectively with multiple organizations and modules to implement projects.
- Experience working with technical, DevOps, and other teams during SAP design and implementation.
- Test automation, data migration, and data validation tool experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to learn new technologies.
